X-Sur Shopping Center - Tenerife

The Challenge

X-Sur needed to revitalize its transit areas and offer an attractive entertainment alternative for the high flow of tourists and residents in the south of the island.

The REPLAY Solution

We designed and installed a state-of-the-art machine park focused on high turnover and visual impact.

Equipment: Connected “Twin” driving simulators, large-format crane machines (Redemption), and Air Hockey areas.
Result: A vibrant space that keeps families in the shopping center, increasing dwell time and generating recurring revenue per square foot.

Daily/weekly preventive maintenance to ensure that no guest encounters a machine that is out of service (“Out of Service” is a bad review on TripAdvisor).
Selection of quiet machines in standby mode so as not to disturb the atmosphere in the lobby or common areas.
Installation of automatic lockers for luggage management at reception.
